We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a fine view. The outdoor jacuzzi was a great perk. The hotel's location was near the main church and next to a beautiful waterfall.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the edge of town so it was calm and peaceful, yet still close enough to walk to all the main attractions. The service here was top-notch, with the staff delivering warm and efficient service that truly made my stay memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Zermatt. The location was perfect, being on top of a fairly big hill, which gave us stunning views of the surrounding area. We were also just a short walk away from the town center, where we could explore the shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had a large tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast offered a delicious selection, and the hotel even had a gym, indoor pool, and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy.
That the hotel did not offer free wifi, which would have been convenient for staying connected during our stay.

The food at Hotel Sonne was excellent, with excellent service at dinner. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and approachable, providing really good customer service. The hotel itself is comfortable and traditional, with a spacious lounge area and a beautiful pool with indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The location, although high up on a hill, offers fine views and a peaceful atmosphere. Despite a few minor issues such as bathroom odor and occasional smoking in the dining room, I still highly rate my stay at Sonne. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
